We will be jamming in the campground. This festival‚ which takes place in a beautiful area along the Maury River‚ features bluegrass and old-time music‚ square dancing and clogging workshops‚ banjo and fiddle workshops‚ and lots of other musical entertainment. The stage shows do not begin until Friday at 8pm‚ but the campground and parking lot picking occurs continuously. There is a large square/contra dance under the covered pavilion 8-11 on Friday and Saturday nights.

On the Blue Ridge Parkway, Mile Post 6, concert at the Farm House. This "first stop" coming south down the Parkway offers a perfect blend of the natural and cultural history of the region. See a collection of buildings put together as a living, working rural Blue Ridge farm of the nineteenth century.

We're not performing, but we will be jamming in the campground. The Red Stick Ramblers started this festival which features a gathering of south Louisiana musicians, artists and roots enthusiasts. There also will be an old-fashioned blackpot cookoff, an accordion contest, camping and genuine good times.
